What did we get in our CSA basket this week?
Lots of green goodies.
Starting with the top:
- These cute little kohlrabis. I’ve never seen such small ones. I’m looking for recipe suggestions on this one. I’m thinking slaw?
- Big meaty scallions. Let’s make more scones.
- A little swiss chard that seems like a good addition to any pasta. I could make this again, or try something new.
- Snap peas. These were gone before I even edited these photos.
- More zucchini. Okay, I think I’m getting zucchini’ed out. But these will gladly be roasted and made into this terrine that desperately needs new photos.
- I leave all broccoli decisions in this house up to Jason. We’ll see what he comes up with.
- Big delicious cucumbers and a bunch of beets are going into a cold soup that I’ve been eyeing up from one of my cookbooks.
