Garlic Mustard Glaze Marinade
Recipe type: Main Dish
Serves: makes enough marinade to cover 1½ - 2 lbs of meat
- ¼ cup whole grain mustard
- 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 4 garlic cloves, chopped
- 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped
- 2 teaspoons Spanish paprika
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
- ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- Combine all ingredients together in a bowl.
- Add in meat of your choice, and let marinate for at least ½ an hour or up to four hours.
- Go camping. Cut up some veggies. Make a kabob. Grill.
