Combine apple cider, sugar, cranberries, zest and juice of both the orange and lemon in a medium sized pot. Bring to a boil and cook, stirring, for about 10 minutes.
Add the ginger and cinnamon, reduce heat, and cook until thickened.
Remove from heat and transfer to jars (if you plan on storing these for a long time, you'll have to make sure the jars are sterile and such, if you're making this to eat this week, no worries, just refrigerate).
