Berry Kale Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients
  • ½ avocado
  • 2 cup combination of frozen blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, or blackberries
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (use can sub in regular milk)
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 large handfuls kale, stems removed
  • 1 tablespoon agave
Instructions
  1. Throw all ingredients in a blender and liquify. If mixture is too thick, add a little more water or milk.
