Roasted Roma Tomatoes with Feta and Za'atar

- 8 Roma tomatoes, sliced in ½ lengthwise
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- ½ teaspoon Kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon za'atar
- ¼-1/2 cup feta, crumbled
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Place tomatoes, cut side up, on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and salt. Roast for 30 minutes.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with feta and za'atar.
