Roasted Roma Tomatoes with Feta and Za'atar

Ingredients
  • 8 Roma tomatoes, sliced in ½ lengthwise
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon Kosher salt
  • 1 tablespoon za'atar
  • ¼-1/2 cup feta, crumbled
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Place tomatoes, cut side up, on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and salt. Roast for 30 minutes.
  3. Remove from oven and sprinkle with feta and za'atar.
