Prosciutto Toasts with Quince & Apple's Pear Mostarda

Ingredients
1 baguette, sliced into thin rounds, toasted
4 ounces prosciutto, thinly sliced
½ of a small cantelope, thinly sliced
4 ounces Parmesan cheese, thinly sliced
1 jar of Quince & Apple's Pear Mostrada
Instructions
Arrange baguette slices on a serving platter or cutting board. Place ½ a piece of prosciutto on each, top with slice of melon, slice of Parmesan, and a teaspoon of mostarda.
