And another week is done.

It’s Sunday again and I’ve got loads and loads of vegetables stocking the fridge. Jason is going to be away on a business trip most of this week, so I’m trying to front-load a lot of the eating so we can both get in on the goodness. I saw this basket and I immediately thought of chicken pot pie (with delicata squash, carrots, kale, and onions). Probably because it was in the 50s this weekend, and that sounded like a perfect match. Plus bam, a good portion of the basket consumed.

Side note: I’m excited for this week because I’m finally getting the opportunity to tour King’s Hill Farm, where all this comes from! Pictures and stories to be posted next week, if I can get my act together and stop being so behind.
